Hi!

I’m Jaime. Welcome to my blog! I’m a wife and a homeschooling mom to three teenagers. We live in a small 1200 sq ft bungalow with our two dogs Duke and Max about a mile from the California coastline.

When my kids were much younger, I was overwhelmed with all of our things. I began to declutter our belongings and simplify our home. Read all about that here. I have found so much peace in creating a home that is both beautiful and simple. Beauty inspires me and brings rest to my soul; while simplicity brings order and calm to my surroundings. Life as a mom can often be chaotic, but by simplifying our home, we remove some of the extra stress. Having a simplified home gives us extra time and energy to focus on the things that truly matter to us.
